The location was just perfect, right near the airport and close to attractions. However, we faced a few issues. The bathroom had some cleanliness concerns upon arrival, with dirty floors and hair on the bed. The staff seemed disorganized when I asked for room service. I had to remind them multiple times. On our last night, we returned to no towels, which was frustrating. Overall, the breakfast was disappointing too, with unappetizing eggs and dirty utensils. I really liked the space and location but I was let down by the service and cleanliness.

Had a fantastic stay! Enjoyed the spacious two queen bed suite and the quick access to the airport. The highlight was the Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast—what a fun touch! Don't forget to enjoy the free WiFi. it's surprisingly fast. Perfect for a comfy stopover!

This place was a strong match for a flying visit in San Antonio at a good price. The shuttle service was efficient, making it easy to get to the airport without stress. Just make sure to confirm shuttle times well in advance.

Family with kids will find it acceptable

The size of the room was impressive, gave us plenty of space for the kids to roam. Kitchen had a good layout with everything we needed for simple meals.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still just acceptable for what we got.

my stay here was fantastic, with a super convenient location just a few steps from some great dining options. Being only about 6 km from the beautiful japanese tea garden, which made for a lovely stroll. the queen suite was great for one night, offering everything I needed to make my trip feel comfortable and homey, just like I prefer when I travel on weekends.

The Homewood Suites near the airport is beautifully decorated with a warm ambiance that made me feel at home. The spacious hallways and accessible room layout were especially welcoming and convenient for my needs as a senior traveler.

I wish the breakfast options were more varied.
